Poster Sessions A and B will take place at the Rion Ballroom in the Reitz Union on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023.

Poster Session A: 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM

Poster Session B: 1:15 PM - 2:30 PM

Poster Instructions:

  • If you already have a poster made from another conference or poster session, you are allowed to present it at GSRD
  • After abstract submission, you will receive a confirmation email to present your research at GSRD.
  • If your abstract is accepted, we will send you guidelines for you to submit your presentation. 
  • At least one week before the event, you will receive an email with your assigned session (A-morning and B-afternoon). The last day to drop out of the poster competition is April 3 by emailing Erika Davis (edavis1@ufl.edu) or Riya Chakraborty (riya.chakraborty@ufl.edu).

 

Information for Judges 

Judges are needed for Graduate Student Research Day - an event featuring research poster presentations from graduate students in all disciplines. The main focus of the poster competition is to offer students an opportunity to explain their research to a general audience; therefore, judges from all backgrounds across all disciplines are welcome. Be sure to look at the judging rubric at the bottom of this page prior to the event so that you are familiar with the criteria by which you will be judging the posters. Please note: only faculty and postdocs are eligible to judge.
